Coach: Individualized feedback, goal setting, support and follow-up moving each teacher from the learning process theory to student results
This process follows the Gradual Release of Responsibility model and flourishes when coupled with strong relationships among participants and Learning Coaches. It provides educators varying levels of support along their professional journey. We customize our work to fit the specific needs of the students and educators in the schools we serve. Recognizing that each situation is unique, we tailor our services accordingly.
As a job-embedded professional development company we integrate our services into the workday and relate all content directly to improving student learning within a classroom setting. We work closely with teachers and administrators to identify problems and find solutions within a continuous improvement model.
